Position Highlights
Seeking an experienced candidate to join a well-established team
Split schedule: 2.5 days in outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care.
Geriatric fellowship training preferred but not required.
Patient-Centered Medical Home and National Health Service Corps-approved site.
