Screen Print Press Operator The screen printer position is responsible for operating the automatic press, meeting daily production goals, and working independently in a team environment. Quality, efficiency, and dedication take priority. Comprehensive understanding of screen print techniques, styles, and processes a must. Ability to operate automated screen printing equipment, preferably M&R, required. We have a deadline driven environment and are looking for folks with heart and hustle to produce custom printed apparel for our clients. Primary Responsibilities: - Ability to run automated screen printing equipment (Preferably M&R) - Following print specs outlined for each job - Obtaining print approval at beginning of print runs (when needed) - Tracking setup and print run times - Accurately and efficiently loading/unloading apparel - Troubleshooting problems that arise during the print process - Recording press settings and details for print runs - Independently setup/teardown jobs on press Ideal Candidates should possess: - Previous apparel screen printing experience (Preferably 2+ years) preferred, but not required. Will train the right candidate. - Ability to run automated screen printing equipment - Excellent communication skills - Team player mentality - Excels working in a fast paced environment - Has strong attention to detail - Takes pride in their work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Ability to Commute: Columbus, OH 43212 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Columbus, OH 43212: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
