With access to world-class infrastructure, mentorship, and real-time feedback, our team thrives on solving some of the toughest problems in quantitative finance.Role Overview: Full Stack Engineer will be involved in solving real time user problems and adding new products/features required by our Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance and operations team. The engineer must come up with a possible approach to solve the problem and argue why the solution we are going for is better. He/She will ultimately implement the solution, which involves development, testing, deployment and post- deployment monitoring in good communications with the required teams.What You'll Work OnWorking in a high paced and competitive stock trading environment with core web application development, scripting, data interpretation and manipulation skillsDesigning, creating, and maintaining our in-house software for business requirementsWork on innovative ideas to improve the user experience of our internal systems and applications which are used by the trading teamsImprove on existing tools to make trade monitoring systems more robust and reliableWhat We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ Years someone coming from HFT backgroundEngineering degree from top institutes in Computer Science(preferred) or any other disciplineExperience in Python web app development (preferably Django)Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, Java Script preferably React, AngularExperience in Shell/Perl or Python scriptingPrior experience with Linux or Unix based operating systemsExperience/Knowledge of the financial industry will be added advantage(note that it is not mandatory)Experience with AWS services like ELB, lambda, EC2, route 53Good with Operating system and system designAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high priority projectsWillingness to learn and work on new technologiesExcellent communication skills
