The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python/Pytest, ETL/data validation testing, and automation framework development.This role will work closely with Agile squads and the Test Automation Working Group to build and maintain scalable, standardized testing frameworks across ETL, API, backend, and frontend applications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and automated testing across applications and data pipelinesDevelop and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworksExecute ETL and data quality validation testingParticipate in defect tracking, incident management, and release supportWrite clean, reusable automation code and review peer codeCollaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholdersContribute to testing standards, best practices, and process improvementsSupport CI/CD testing processes and Agile/Scrum delivery practicesRequired Skills & ExperienceMust-Have:Strong experience with Python automation testingHands-on experience with PytestExperience with ETL Testing and data validationStrong manual testing backgroundExperience testing web-based and backend applicationsKnowledge of PostgreSQL / SQLExperience developing automation scripts and frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Git/version controlStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesPreferred:Exposure to Java-based automationExperience working in financial services environmentsUnderstanding of API and backend testing conceptsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skillsAbility to analyze large datasets and validate data qualityStrong collaboration and communication skillsWork ScheduleHybrid work model:
