As a Retail Specialist at Shockwave, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations based on their preferences. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated on new arrivals and product features. Educate customers on product use, benefits, and safety, emphasizing our commitment to promoting responsible exploration. Sales and Upselling: Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions, ensuring they find the products that best suit their needs. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales and upsell related products or accessories. Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and priced accurately. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system. Compliance and Privacy: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including age verification requirements and customer privacy guidelines. Create a judgment-free and discreet shopping environment, prioritizing customer confidentiality. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to the store management team to improve the shopping experience continually. Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a respectful and non-judgmental attitude towards customers. Interest in promoting a positive and inclusive environment for adult exploration. Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and industry trends.
