Position DescriptionJ&J Truck Bodies & Trailers is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will load, unload, and move material within or near the plant, yard, or work site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Receives instructions from the Foreman or Materials Manager to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas. Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys the load to the destination Counts, weighs, and records the number of units of materials moved or handled on the daily production sheet. Operates industrial truck and crane to assist in loading or moving materials and products. Operates forklift Identifies raw materials and their storage locations Document material moves within the warehouse Reviews the bill of materials and work orders. Pulls material and kits into bins for specific work orders. Safely perform duties; wear required PPE at all times. Observes and complies with all the provisions of the ISO 9001 QMS. Position RequirementsVocational/technical training, a high school diploma or general education degree, and work experience in an industrial manufacturing or paint shop setting are needed.
