Responsibilities Certified Tumor RegistrarAiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing top quality and safe healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917. Visit us online at: Position Description:Transcribes all of physicians' patient consultation summaries; weekly chart notes, follow-up reports; completion summaries; correspondence and department meetings. Files daily dictation into patient's charts. Prepares outgoing mail to be picked up by hospital courier. Qualifications Requirements: Associate degree in allied health field preferred.One year experience as Tumor Registrar preferred. Medical Terminology required. Knowledge of statistical reporting and basic understanding of anatomy. Must have excellent communication skills and computer skills.
