Responsibilities Certified Tumor RegistrarAiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing top quality and safe healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917. Visit us online at: Position Description:Transcribes all of physicians' patient consultation summaries; weekly chart notes, follow-up reports; completion summaries; correspondence and department meetings. Files daily dictation into patient's charts. Prepares outgoing mail to be picked up by hospital courier.
