A day in the life:
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in supporting executive leaders.
Track licensing renewals with the State.
Coordinate written and verbal correspondences, managing workflow proactively.
Screen callers and visitors, and triage meeting requests.
Manage executive calendars, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and agendas.
Organize and prepare meetings for the executive team, track action items and timelines.
Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Possesses a strong work ethic, effectively manages workload, and achieves results.
Requirements:
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
Prior Executive Assistant experience preferred or 2-3 years in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Word, Microsoft Teams
Complex calendar management for multiple executives
Project management – Ability to coordinate and track important projects and deadlines
Precise attention to detail, excellent communication skills
The ability to be self-sufficient and have strong teamwork skills
