These individuals will plan, supervise, and work alongside our custodial crew. They will play an important role in enhancing the customer experience by keeping facilities clean and occasionally answering questions from the public. Typical job duties include:Assignment, coordination, and participation in a variety of cleaning tasksLeading and documenting department training (including OSHA standards and safety)Verifying attendance and reviewing timecardsWelcoming and familiarizing new employees with work routinesPreparing input on subordinates' performance appraisalsDeveloping custodial proceduresTraining new employeesParticipating in job interviewsThree years of previous custodial experience is required. Strong candidates will demonstrate a track record in formal or informal leadership, an interest in administration, and the ability to create a positive workplace and team-oriented environment.CompensationStarting salary range: $40,728 - $45,819 ($19.58 - $22.03 per hour). The position is eligible for overtime. Employees are eligible for a $750 incentive on their paychecks quarterly.
