Medicus is partnering with a medical center in central Louisiana that has a contract assignment for a Hospital Medicine physician to assist their team. Assignment Details: Shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a Schedule: 7 on/7 off No call requirement Daily Census: 12 patients Duties: Admissions, consults, referrals, discharges, and procedures Required Procedures: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, line and tube removal, abscess incision and drainage, etc. Any active, unrestricted state license accepted EMR: CPRS Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During your time off, f ish from quiet banks with scenic views, catch live music or community events at outdoor venues, and browse small-town shops .
