Job DescriptionCOMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Insurance AgencyJob location: York, PA - 2 days onsite / 3 days remoteSuccessful independent insurance brokerage located in York, PA is seeking to add a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to an expanding, professional team. Duties: retention of existing accounts - provide day to day in-house customer service to clients as assigned. Work to provide insurance solutions that will enhance client’s insurance programs. Help analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.At least 2-5 years’ experience with Commercial Lines – mid market experience preferredExperience with a variety of major insurance carriers. Current Property & Casualty LicenseManage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policiesMaintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and proceduresReview all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracyComplete loss/claim analysis and summaries
