With 50+ locations and a robust pipeline of new development, acquisitions, and strategic expansion, we are entering a pivotal phase of growth.We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner directly with ownership and play a central role in shaping the company’s next chapter. OpportunityThis is not a traditional accounting role. We are looking for a business-building CFO who will serve as both a strategic and operational leader—driving financial performance, capital strategy, and long-term enterprise value. CompensationCompetitive base salary: $180,000 – $250,000 Performance-based bonus Long-term incentive potential Qualifications10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Prior experience as CFO or VP of Finance in multi-unit franchise, retail, or QSR environments (preferred) Experience with real estate development or capital-intensive businesses (strong plus) Deep expertise in: Debt financing, capital structuring, and banking relationships Financial modeling and investment analysis Scaling multi-entity organizations Proven ability to operate as both a hands-on leader and strategic partner CPA and/or MBA preferred Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & GrowthPartner with ownership on capital allocation, growth strategy, and ROI-driven expansion Lead financial modeling for new unit development, acquisitions, and market expansion Evaluate and structure real estate investments, leases, and development opportunities Capital Markets & BankingLead lender relationships, credit facilities, and overall financing strategy Structure and negotiate debt financing, project finance, and acquisition funding Ensure compliance with loan covenants, DSCR, and reporting requirements Operations Finance (Multi-Unit QSR)Drive performance across restaurant-level P&Ls, including food, labor, and prime costs Partner with operations leadership to improve unit economics and margins Implement KPI frameworks across a multi-unit environment Financial InfrastructureOversee FP&A, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting Build scalable systems, processes, and dashboards Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 13-week cash flow management M&A and DevelopmentLead financial diligence, underwriting, and integration of acquisitions Support real estate development pipeline and site-level investment decisions Structure deals, including JV partnerships, seller financing, and equity participationWhy Join Yum & Chill?Opportunity to help build a next-generation franchise and real estate platform Direct partnership with ownership on strategy and capital decisions High-growth environment with an active development and acquisition pipeline Ability to shape the financial architecture of a scaling enterprise
