Electrical Service Manager

Job description FSG Electric is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Chicago! About FSG FSG Electric is a full-service electrical contractor providing services in: Commercial and Industrial Electrical contracting, LED Lighting, EV Charging, Commercial Solar, Smart building Technology, Electrical maintenance, and sign lighting. With over 40 years in the industry and covering all of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, we have set ourselves up as one of the nation's largest turnkey electrical contractors and single source provider of lighting products. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage service department electrical projects and work orders. · Provide accurate labor and material estimates. · Ensure projects are on time and on budget. · Forecast project needs and solutions, · Coordinate and implement schedule and timelines. · Work in coordination with field staff including daily communication and on-site visits. · Assist dispatcher with implementation of schedule. · Provide review of completed projects and work orders for billing. Requirements: · Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical industry. · Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at one time. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. · Solutions oriented with a team-player attitude. · Proactive approach managing projects and crew.
