Job#: 3031778Job Description:Senior Director, Production Cycle & PMO for Operational ExcellenceLocation: Oakland, California (Partial Remote) 1-2 days a week in officeEmployment Type: ContractRole OverviewThe Senior Director, Production Cycle & PMO for Operational Excellence is a leader who drives strategic process optimization, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across the organization. This position oversees the Operational Excellence Project Management Office (PMO) and quality assurance functions, leading a team of senior professionals to deliver measurable improvements. The role requires experience implementing Lean methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making in complex real estate and facility management environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide operational excellence strategy.Establish and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across production cycles.Provide reporting and insights to executive stakeholders on operational performance and risk mitigation.Apply expertise in Lean Six Sigma for Service methodologies to execute improvement projects.Utilize quality tools including FMEA, control charts, and root cause analysis to eliminate defects.Oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality assurance and PMO professionals.Research, evaluate, and implement technology solutions to drive operational efficiency.Required QualificationsCertification: Lean Six Sigma for Service Master Black Belt is required. Additional certifications such as ISO Oversight are a plus.Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, quality assurance, and process improvement within large, complex organizations is required.
