We are expanding our remote support team and looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative to assist our clients and field teams. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, respond to customer questions, and support daily operations. You'll work closely with our dispatch and service crews to ensure clients receive fast and professional service. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and respond to customer calls, emails, and messagesSchedule landscaping services and follow up on upcoming appointmentsProvide pricing information and service detailsEnter customer data into the system accuratelyAssist with billing questions and basic invoice supportCommunicate with field teams to coordinate routes and service updatesResolve customer concerns with a positive, helpful attitudeMaintain detailed records of customer interactionsQualifications1+ year of customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and scheduling toolsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and work independentlyFriendly and professional personalityReliable internet connectionBilingual English/Spanish
