Job Summary: As the Manager of Clinical Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, managing a team of clinical engineers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a crucial role in developing policies, integrating equipment into our healthcare facility, and staying abreast of the latest industry technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of clinical engineers to ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of medical equipment. Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures for equipment maintenance and repair. Ensure all equipment complies with regulatory standards and applicable laws. Collaborate with various departments to integrate and optimize equipment usage. Provide training and support to clinical engineering staff. Oversee the clinical engineering department's budget and resources. Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the healthcare industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in clinical engineering with a proven track record in managing a team. In-depth knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
