The Ned’s Club DC offers a variety of spaces for eating, drinking and entertaining, each offering signature dishes and a selection of cocktails and drinks from around the world. As a Food and Beverage Administrator you will provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage (F&B) department. This role ensures smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, suppliers, and management while maintaining accurate records, managing inventory documentation, and supporting financial tracking. Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to have opened Ned’s Club in the US capital in 2025, our fourth and newest location.The Property…Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.As a Food and Beverage Administrator and a key part of the leadership team, you will:Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, and department headsMaintain accurate records of purchases, OS&E par levels and, scheduling & supplier contractsPrepare reports on sales, expenses, and inventory levelsSchedule meetings and coordinate internal communicationsMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory control proceduresProcess purchase orders and track deliveries Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsAssist in cost control and waste reduction initiativesReconcile invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders to accurately report COGS for Food and BeverageSupport budgeting and expense trackingPrepare weekly and monthly financial summaries and analysisLiaise with department heads and Dir of Food and Beverage with maintaining CraftableMaintain health and safety documentationEnsure licenses, permits, and certifications are up to dateSupport compliance with food safety regulationsMaintain OpenTable information with member detailsLiaise with kitchen, purchasing, F&B managementAssist with coordination of outlet and banquet menu updatesSupport scheduling of hosts and coordinate with outlet managersCoordinate updating of Micros, Menu’s and Craftable costingsAssist hosts and outlet managers with member emails and reservationsAble to work AM and PM shifts to include weekendsWhat you can bring to the role:2–4 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality administrationProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with Micros POS systems, Avero, Craftable and In Design preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailTime managementFinancial accuracyTeam collaborationProblem-solving skillsWhat Ned’s Club can give you:Salary of $31/hourMedical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life, STD, LTD InsuranceComplimentary meals in our friendly team restaurant when the Club opensExciting learning and development programs to help progress your careerExclusive rates with our hotels for stays and dining, exclusive rates for your family and friends for hotel staysPaid time off401k matchingEmployee assistance program - advice and supportReward and recognition initiativesAt The Ned and Ned’s Club, we don't just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better.
