This location offers a true 20-minute commute from downtown St. Louis and is especially convenient for BCBAs living in the northern suburbs who are seeking a hybrid schedule, small caseloads, and a collaborative clinical environment focused on early childhood services.This organization provides therapy in a play-based environment designed to replicate a natural preschool setting for young children. BCBAs join an experienced team focused on clinical quality, mentorship, and manageable caseloads rather than administrative burden.BCBA Schedule• Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM• No evenings or weekends• Hybrid schedule with 2–3 work-from-home days per week• Caseload capped at 4–6 clients• Provide 27–30 billable hours weeklyBCBA Responsibilities• Provide clinical oversight for early intervention ABA services for children ages 0–6• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans• Support therapy delivered within a play-based learning environment for young children• Embrace Natural Environment Teaching (NET)• Provide virtual parent training approximately once every other week• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary clinical team• Focus primarily on clinical leadership and treatment quality rather than billing responsibilities• Professional growth opportunitiesBCBA Requirements• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing• Missouri LBA preferred or ability to obtain• Passion for early intervention and working with young children• Interest in a collaborative clinical environmentBCBA Compensation• $78,000 – $100,000 salary based on experience• $5,000 sign-on bonus• Relocation assistance available• Pre-licensed candidates needing internship hours $25 per hourBCBA Benefits• Nearly one month of PTO including holidays and sick time• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options• 401(k) retirement plan• CEU reimbursement and professional development support
