Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and agency-required liability insurance.' Average # of patients/day: 5-8 Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points.
