This role will support SharePoint administration, Power Platform development, web application coordination, and business solutions delivery across enterprise and district-level operations.The selected candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and enterprise support groups to gather requirements, coordinate SharePoint and application development activities, and deliver technical solutions aligned with FDOT standards and operational objectives.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project meetings, technical assignments, and collaborative team initiativesSupport SharePoint sites, applications, and related business systemsMeet with functional offices and business stakeholders to assess technology needs and recommend SharePoint and Power Platform solutionsServe as a liaison between Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise users and the Central Office Business Systems Support OfficeCoordinate web development activities and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and technologiesGather business requirements and translate them into technical and web-based solutionsSupport the design, enhancement, maintenance, and availability of enterprise websites and applicationsCoordinate website publishing activities, user interface consistency, and content management effortsResearch, evaluate, and recommend new web technologies, Power Platform tools, and business solutionsSupport SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environmentsAssist with Power Automate flows, Power BI reporting, and Power Apps development initiativesPerform other technical and business support duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of programming or systems analysis experienceExperience supporting:SharePoint Web applicationsBusiness systems analysisEnterprise application supportExperience gathering and analyzing business requirementsStrong communication and customer support skillsAbility to coordinate activities across technical and business teamsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced enterprise environmentsEducationBachelor’s Degree in:Computer ScienceInformation SystemsBusiness AdministrationOr related fieldEquivalent professional experience may substitute for educational requirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including:Power AutomatePower AppsPower BISharePointKnowledge of:JavaScriptTypescriptREST APIsHTML5CSSJSONXMLExperience with development technologies including:.NET Core.NET FrameworkC#AngularNodeJSASP.NET MVCSQL ServerEntity FrameworkAzure DevOpsVisual StudioGitSkilled in:SharePoint Online and On-Premises administrationRequirements gathering and analysisPower BI reporting and dashboard creationPower Automate workflow developmentTechnical communication and customer supportAbility to develop creative technical solutions aligned with business needsAbility to work effectively in high-volume, deadline-driven environmentsAbility to maintain professionalism while working with all levels of management and staffWork Schedule RequirementsMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern TimeOccasional after-hours work may be required based on project demandsInterview RequirementsInterviews will be conducted onsiteCandidates may be asked to provide work samples or participate in technical discussions during the interview processDiversity & Inclusion StatementTekBank is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
