CIMON is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to keep our sales engine running smoothly as we scale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the sales team across quoting, order management, invoicing, customer communication, and CRM operations — and play a key role in building AI-powered workflows that make all of it faster and smarter.You’ll be the operational backbone of a lean, fast-moving sales organization serving customers across the Americas. But we’re not looking for someone who just keeps the lights on. We want someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately thinks about how to automate it. Full training is provided — what matters most is that you’re organized, accountable, and excited about using AI and automation to work better.This is an early-career opportunity with real room to grow. You won’t be stuck in a back office — you’ll have direct exposure to how a high-growth B2B company operates from end to end, and you’ll help shape how we use AI tools and agents to scale operations without scaling headcount.What You’ll Do Prepare and process customer quotes and proposals in coordination with Sales Engineers and Regional Sales ManagersManage order entry, tracking, and fulfillment updates from receipt through deliveryGenerate and reconcile invoices in QuickBooks; follow up on outstanding paymentsLiaise with finance on credit holds, payment status, and invoice questionsMaintain accurate customer records, deal activity, and deal stages in HubSpot CRMPerform regular CRM data cleanup and hygiene to keep the pipeline reliablePull and format basic reports and pipeline summaries for leadershipHelp compile and format weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for Korea HQServe as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and shipping statusDraft routine customer-facing emails on behalf of the sales team; manage shared inboxes and route inquiries to the right personCoordinate with logistics, packaging, and operations to ensure on-time deliveryServe as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and other external partiesHelp coordinate trade show logistics and lead follow-up afterwardTrack deal registrations and partner documentation in HubSpotAssist with onboarding documentation for new customersHelp track and organize commission-related documentationPrep materials for customer meetings or demos as neededIdentify repetitive manual processes across sales ops and propose ways to automate them using AI tools, workflows, or agentsBuild and maintain automated workflows for tasks like lead routing, follow-up sequences, report generation, and data entryEvaluate and implement AI tools to streamline quoting, customer communication, CRM updates, and reportingHandle general administrative tasks and office support to keep the team running smoothlyQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or a similar operations-adjacent roleSolid understanding of order management, basic supply chain, or B2B business processesProficient in Google Workspace, especially Google SheetsHands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) and a track record of using them to solve real problems — not just curiosity, but actual applicationAn automation-first mindset — you see a manual, repetitive process and your instinct is to find a way to automate itClear, professional communicator — written and verbalDemonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines without dropping the ballStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughNice to HaveExperience with QuickBooks and HubSpot (or similar CRM/ERP tools)Familiarity with trade show coordination or event logisticsExperience building automated workflows using AI toolsExperience working with international headquarters or cross-cultural teamsExposure to industrial automation, manufacturing, or adjacent technical industriesWhat We’re Looking ForOrganized and detail-oriented — you can juggle 15+ open orders at different stages without losing trackComfortable picking up the phone to chase a late shipment or follow up on an unpaid invoiceProactive — you see what needs to get done and do it before being askedAI-forward — you’re already using AI tools in your daily life and you’re excited about pushing that further in a professional settingTeam-first attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever neededEager to grow within a fast-paced sales organizationWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPTO and paid holidaysDirect exposure to company leadership in a lean, high-growth environmentFull training and a clear path to grow within the sales organizationA collaborative, team-first culture where your contributions are visible from day one
