Job Overview Real Side RE Education is a real estate education company that helps people learn how to invest in real estate nationwide. Our main source of revenue is driven by social media and email marketing. We are looking for an individual proficient in these two items to be able to drive lead flow and revenue for the company. It is a bonus if you have real estate sales experience, specifically in the investment space. You will work directly with the content and admin teams to drive consistent leads through marketing efforts. Tom Harr (Owner) has a sizable following on social media and you will be in charge of getting people to opt into our system and nurture them to a phone call, which will result in sales for the company. This is a role that will require the willingness to do whatever the team needs on the sales, marketing, and brand visibility side of the business. Duties Daily segmented email marketing efforts CRM management and email writing Sales call for prospective clients Triggering content team to post certain posts weekly for lead generation Creating/executing content calendars and meeting with the content team Managing social media messages and opt-ins Website revamps and updates Helping market and set up local events hosted by Team Skills Marketing experience (real estate preferred) Proficient in email copy and email marketing Proficient in CRM management, GoHighLevel preferred Social media marketing and paid ad background Sales experience is a bonus Organize and implement processes Send a 60-90-second video to Career.legacyhomes@gmail.com and send your resume in that email.
