Apply now!Learn more jti.comLocal applicants welcomeLocation Luanda, AngolaConsumer Activations Manager – AngolaWhy does this role exist?Reporting to the Consumer & Trade Activations Manager, the Consumer Activations Manager translates overarching marketing and brand strategies into holistic consumer acquisition, retention and equity‑building strategies across all channels and touchpoints. The role exists to maximise the effectiveness of consumer investments by continuously analysing performance against pre‑defined objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), while leveraging strong market knowledge, a consumer‑centric mindset and excellent relationship‑building skills, particularly within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant and Café) channel.What will you do?In this role, you willTranslate marketing and brand strategies into holistic consumer acquisition, retention and equity‑building strategies across channels and touchpointsAnalyse channel specificities and develop clear channel segmentation to support strategic decision making and investment prioritisationShape activation and investment plans aimed at establishing JTI as the preferred partner in the HoReCa channelMonitor investment performance against objectives and KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations for corrective actions where applicableManage allocated marketing budgets per project with ownership, integrity and process complianceCoach HoReCa Specialists to build strong, collaborative partnerships with high levels of customer satisfactionLead and develop a high‑performing team, creating a safe space for challenge, growth and performance management when requiredWho are we looking for?University degree in Business Administration or EconomicsAt least 6 years of Marketing and Sales experience, ideally with HoReCa channel/ consumer engagement management exposureStrong consumer‑centric mindset with solid business acumen and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of the local market environmentExcellent relationship‑building and communication skillsFluency in Portuguese and EnglishWhat do we offer?A strategic role within Marketing with strong market impactHigh level of ownership over consumer activation investmentsOpportunity to lead and develop people while shaping brand presence in key channelsAre you ready to join us?
