Senior Manager, Site Engagement & Monitoring

SciPro is partnered with a very exciting late-phase, oncology focused biotech using a proprietary live-cell super-resolution microscopy platform to revolutionize drug discovery and fuel an impressive, late phase pipeline. They currently have three assets in phase II trials and three in phase I right on their heels.This organization is looking for a highly experienced, collaborative, and detail-oriented Contract Senior Manager capable of helping optimize its clinical Site Engagement and Monitoring function to support delivery of world class clinical drug development. You'll need a background in oncology clinical site monitoring and experience as a CRA. This role will focus more on the site monitoring vs engagement.This is a 6-month, 40 hr/wk contract role. The position is 3 days/week onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area and will require approximately 50% travel.Responsibilities: lead and train CRAsfoster effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders (CROs, team members)develop and maintain strong site relationshipsonboard and train CRAsreview and approve monitoring trip reports in the CTMSperform and document monitoring oversight activitiesserve as a point of escalation for CRAs and as a SME for site management and monitoring quality issuescontribute to improved site selection, monitoring, and monitoring oversightRequirements:6+years of experienceexperience using Veeva CTMS and TMFexperience supporting site and sponsor inspectionsability to accommodate up to 50% site travelExperience monitoring Oncology clinical trials specificallyideally a background as a CRALogistics:6-months (parental leave support)40 hr/wk3-days/week onsite in the Bay Area50% travelThis client is looking to hire immediately!
