Busy Scarsdale, NY Professional is Seeking an Executive Family Assistant to provide both professional and personal support to an active household.Position: Live-Out Executive Family Assistant Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm, Flexible for Tuesday/Thursday until 8:00 pm Salary: $35-$45 per hour, W2, willing to consider Health Insurance stipend if needed, Paid Time off Start Date: ASAP Relocation: No - local Westchester County, NY candidates only, living within a reasonable commute to the residence. About the FamilyPrincipal: Mom works out of the home and is seeking an open-minded and collaborative candidate to work well together. Children: 3, in school daily: (B)2, (B)4 (developmentally delayed), and (G)5 (Autistic, Non-verbal). Children are bussed to/from school daily, however they have have pick-up @ 1pm on Tuesday/Thursday for activities. Pets: 5 Cats Household Staff:Babysitter, 2-9 pm daily, Cleaning Service, 4 hours/day ResponsibilitiesThe role is to be an extension of mom, supporting her needs, multitasking professionally and personally, engaging with business and family needs, to ensure a smooth operational household.Tag teaming and supporting mom in any way needed. Covering if/when the babysitter is unavailable. Driving to/from activities when mom cannot be in 3 places at once. Managing personal/professional emails and calendars.
