You'll work directly with broadline distributors, restaurant groups, fast casual brands, and QSR operators — bringing premium, sustainably grown greens to more consumers across the Southeast.This role is highly visible, highly collaborative, and highly relationship-oriented. One day you may be walking a greenhouse with customers, the next attending regional food shows, collaborating with marketing on new initiatives, or presenting growth plans to key accounts.If you love building partnerships, opening doors, and representing a premium product with a compelling value proposition — this is your opportunity.What You'll Do🌱 Drive Foodservice Growth Across the SoutheastDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to expand foodservice business throughout the SoutheastIdentify, prospect, and grow relationships within restaurants, fast casual, QSR, and distributor channelsManage and grow partnerships with broadline and independent foodservice distributorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers🤝 Lead Customer Engagement & Relationship DevelopmentConduct business reviews and presentations with key accounts to support annual growth objectivesBring customers into greenhouse operations for immersive brand and product experiencesRepresent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and independent foodservice showsCollaborate with foodservice marketing to develop customer-specific growth strategies⚙️ Partner Cross-Functionally to Deliver ResultsCoordinate with production, operations, supply chain, and marketing to support forecasting and fulfillmentMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunitiesSupport forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities for the foodservice channelAnalyze sales performance, customer trends, and profitability to drive continuous improvement🌟 Be a Trusted Brand AmbassadorRepresent the brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticityMaintain strong customer communication to ensure exceptional service and partnershipSupport food safety, GMP, and HACCP standards while delivering premium product qualityWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field — or equivalent experience5+ years of foodservice sales and distributor management experienceStrong understanding of the Southeast foodservice landscape and customer networkExperience with distributors, restaurant groups, fast casual, or QSR accounts strongly preferredExcellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsHighly motivated, self-directed, and entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Ability to travel approximately 40% throughout the Southeast regionMust reside in the Southeast near a major airport; Nashville area strongly preferredWhy You'll Love This RoleYou'll join a passionate, innovative team that's changing how fresh food is grown and delivered across the country.
