Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Advancement Process Coordinator analyzes, streamlines, and oversees daily operational workflows to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational proceduresActs as a liaison between teams, implementing improvements, troubleshooting, and supporting project lifecyclesWorkflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsProcess Oversight: Ensure daily operations follow established procedures and documentationCoordination & Communication: Facilitate collaboration between departments.Issue Resolution: Address bottlenecks, technical issues, or procedural roadblocks.Data & Documentation: Maintain records, prepare performance reports, and support project documentation.Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality, and company policiesProcesses that would be managed (but are not limited to):• Prospect Research• Prospect Management• Grants Proposal Management• Scholarship Management (sending out scholarship reports, helping coordinatestudent thank you and donor connections)• Events Submission ManagementV.
