It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!Job Description:The Office Services Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional client service at an on‑site support services center. This role ensures a consistently high level of client satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to client needs, while continually evaluating and improving operational processes in alignment with Opensity Solutions’ Standards of Operational Excellence. The Site Manager supervises all Service Specialists at the site, including recruiting, training, and supporting their ongoing professional development. In addition, the role is responsible for monthly reporting of production volumes to the Enterprise Operations Manager and reviewing performance trends with the client to ensure timely, efficient, and high‑quality service, while upholding Opensity Solutions’ established standards of service and best practices.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesClient Relations such as Monthly Management Report Compilation & Review, Attend Monthly meeting with Client, Assist with Annual End-User surveys, Ensure conformance with Semi-Annual Client Survey, Assist in preparation, presentation, and review of Annual ReportsServes as the principal liaison between Opensity Solutions, the client’s administration and Opensity Solutions site employeesProvide excellent client service to all end-users at the siteContinuously look for opportunities to increase the efficiency of our operationSeek opportunities to increase our capabilities and make recommendations to the key contactDemonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the clientInvolved in marketing Opensity Solutions support service offerings throughout the firm, including orienting new client clients to the methods of operation at the siteRecruits and interviews potential Opensity Solutions candidates for available positions at the siteHire, train, manage and evaluate all personnel assigned to the siteConducts training and performance reviews with all Opensity Solutions site team membersDelegates tasks to Service Specialist, Hospitality Specialist, FDC and Records Specialists in order to meet all commitmentsWorks with all employees to meet their individual needs and career path objectivesSchedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtimeCompiles and collects all information necessary to provide the client with monthly management reportsResponsible for managing overtime and other costs associated with their siteMaintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all timesDirects in the orientation of client personnel to Opensity Solution's method of operation within the locationDisplay high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyaltyFlexible to meet client needsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceMust be articulate and able to present in a professional environment.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional office services environment or other service industryPrevious management experience in a client service oriented fieldWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word & ExcelKnowledge of copy machines and utilization of typical office services equipment and technologyBe personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional settingAttention to detailStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is up to 84,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.This position is part of the Opensity Solutions team.
