Financial Wealth AdvisorHolland, MISalary is open ended based on performancePosition SummaryThe Financial Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for a segment of client relationships and strives to build and develop that client base. This involves developing coordinated and comprehensive financial plans, assessing client financial goals, recommending suitable portfolio strategies, and business development functions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Create financial plans using proprietary planning tools, third-party applications, and in-house managed investment strategies.Manage the client communication process, ensuring consistent and effective communication to the clients, including all client meetings.Manage the CRM system to track all client activities, workflows and contact records. Align with standardized entry items.Plan, coordinate, and participate in marketing events designed for prospective and current clients.Supervise investment implementation, including all necessary client onboarding tasks that align with proposals/illustrations.Implement and adhere to client segmentation service model approach.Attend to ad hoc client inquiries, service requests, and needs.Coordinate with centers of influences and existing client relationships to drive referrals.Implement and expand business development functions to build additional client opportunities.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Existing client relationships preferred. Or ability to generate initial assets under management in a reasonably short period of timeMotivated to drive business growth – diligent, hardworking, accountableSeries 65 or 66 or CFPKnowledge of key financial, investment, and risk management conceptsDesire to be part of a flexible, team-oriented environment and contribute to the aggressive growth of a small businessEOE (including Disability/Veterans)
