Senior Clinical Research Associate

My client a small US-focused CRO, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) to join their team, with a focus on a Phase II Solid Tumor project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity in a close-knit team, where a positive working culture/ environment is prioritised, in order to achieve targets.Monitoring expectations are set at 65%, across the West Coast, where you will be working for a reputable CRO, who have fantastic rates of repeat business, due to the quality of work they perform on behalf of sponsors. Attrition and stability have been strong with this CRO over the past 5 years in this challenging market.
