With a commitment to excellence and collaboration, CapTech partners with leading companies to deliver digital transformation, software development, and technology consulting services.Job DescriptionConsulting at CapTechPartner with clients on cross‑functional, team‑based projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologiesServe as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope while aligning technical solutions with business goalsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, setting clear expectations and guiding decision‑makingTechnical SolutionsLead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migrationDesign enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry‑relevant managed packagesDesign and review integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP platforms, financial systems, marketing tools, identity providers, and document management solutionsDefine and support environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes aligned with enterprise delivery standardsThought Leadership and Professional DevelopmentCreate and execute an individualized professional development plan focused on Salesforce architecture mastery and emerging platform capabilitiesDemonstrate technical thought leadership by contributing to architectural standards, best practices, and reusable acceleratorsMentor architects and developers through architecture reviews, communities of practice, and ongoing knowledge sharingParticipate in technical pre‑sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and delivery scoping for prospective clientsGain exposure to a variety of clients, business models, and industry verticalsQualificationsRequired QualificationsProven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environmentsStrong client‑facing written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experienceMinimum 5+ years of overall technical development experienceStrong architectural and hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience CloudExperience with Salesforce CPQSolid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practicesExperience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid‑to‑large enterprise clientsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to have but not required!):Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, or System ArchitectOmniStudio certifications or demonstrated advanced experienceMuleSoft experience and/or certificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and modern DevOps tooling within Salesforce ecosystemsAdditional InformationWe want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions.
