Title: Generative AI Training and Support Specialist Location: New York, NYDuration: 6 monthsNOTE - 3 days / week onsite with an anchor day of TuesdaysPay Rate - $78/hr - $91/hr on W-2 (No 1099 or C2C) Our client is hiring a six-month contractor for the role of Generative AI Training and Support Specialist. We are seeking candidates who are energized by the fast-moving world of generative AI and enjoy helping people build confidence with new technology. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of User Engagement, Education & Tech Academy, the candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting generative AI training and enablement programs for employees across the enterprise. This individual will also work closely with application admins to ensure support for tools is provided.Our client is driven by a desire to support and enhance employee experiences through consumer-grade technology.SummaryDesign and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools, including (but not limited to) GPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.Develop clear, engaging learning materials, including guides, job aids, and video content, for employees at varying levels of AI fluency.Support the Generative AI Champions community group and other Tech Academy programs by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.Serve as a support resource for employee questions about AI tools, use cases, and responsible use guidelines.Partner with HR, Legal, and client stakeholders to ensure training reflects current policies on data privacy and AI usage.Partner with HR and corporate Learning and Development teams to design and develop AI-focused soft skill trainings in addition to tool-based trainings. For example, work on content such as \"Leading Change in the Age of AI” etc.Track training participation, learner feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tool updates and surface relevant learning opportunities.Serve as the primary administrator for ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise environmentsManage platform configuration, organizational settings, user provisioning, and workspace administrationMaintain organizational structures, team workspaces, and access segmentation by department or business unitServe as the primary liaison with OpenAI and Anthropic enterprise account teams. Escalate complex technical issues to vendor support teams when requiredGenerate utilization reports for license consumption, compliance and chargebackWhat You Bring 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or a related field1-2 years of experience with administration of enterprise AI platform like OpenAI, Claude enterpriseExcellent documentation, communication, and organizational skillsStrong understanding of enterprise security and compliance practicesHands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar). Experience as a training with generative AI tools is preferred.Holds a bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or a related field, or has equivalent work experience.Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesExperience designing and facilitating both live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous learningUnderstanding of adult learning theory and how to apply it to AI-related contentComfortable working in a fast-changing environment where tools, policies, and best practices evolve quicklyStrong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail across multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and OutlookAvailable to work from the Clients location in New York City 3 days per week with an anchor day of Tuesdays.Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferredFamiliarity with responsible AI use principles and data privacy considerations is a plus
