This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.Requirements:PhDEE, Solid State Physics plus 10+ years industry experience with design expertise in high powered InP lasers with commercial successExpert in laser physics including gain media interactions with high intensity fields and epitaxial design, and related simulationsProcess design/fabrication process development of InP devices or PICsPhotonic device testing of semiconductor lasersExtensive photonic device data analysis in manufacturing environment
