Commercial Multi Family Framing Install Manager
The Commercial Multi‐Family Framing Install Manager oversees the development, coordination, and execution of all large‐scale multi‐family framing installation projects. Success in this role depends on maintaining strong communication channels between the corporate office, field leadership, and installation crews to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely production. This position partners closely with the Market VP and/or Market Manager to establish strategic direction for the multi‐family framing program. Consistent communication with field teams and internal departments is essential. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.Requirements:5+ years of experience in commercial or multi‐family construction/project managementSolid understanding of Job Site Management processes and construction assemblyUnderstands and observes all safety procedures and practicesSolid comprehension of all working aspects of contracts; including changes to build out processes and schedulesAbility to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problemsAbility to gather data, compile information, and prepare reportsEffective oral and written communication skillsExceptional analytical and problem solving abilitiesAbility to read and comprehend blueprintsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel to various job sites as needed; may include overnight travelOSHA 30 certification and equipment operation credentials preferred but not requiredResponsibilities:Program Development & Implementation Develops and implements the policies and procedures of the region's commercial or multi‐family projects.Facilitates weekly conference calls with the field, records production meeting minutes and conducts job site visits when necessary.Recommends and troubleshoots needed resolutions to avoid job site issues in field.Ensures all stores and installers are aware of commercial or multi‐family project policies, procedures and safety guidelines that they must follow to meet quality and service standards.Provides guidance to stores so that the company can properly execute projects.Training and Development Assists in developing and implementing training for all employees regarding the process, policies and direction of the commercial or multi‐family construction projects.Organizes schedules and coordinates training to ensure subcontractors are certified in product installations for the areas the company is focused on.Benefits (full-time employees) Health, Dental, Vision (Single and Family Plans) available after 30 days of employmentShort and Long-Term DisabilityCompany-paid life insurance and AD&DOptional supplemental life insuranceCompany-match 401(k)Vacation time and paid holidaysVendor incentivesRoom for growth; we promote from within!Military encouraged to apply!Powered by JazzHR
