In this hands-on role, you'll work with specialized equipment to produce high-quality transformer components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and being part of a team that builds essential products—this is a great opportunity.What You'll DoRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and winding diagrams to determine materials and specificationsOperate coil-winding machines to produce small inductors for transformer unitsUse light machinery including fabrication shears, strip steel shears, punch machines, and sawsMeasure, count, and stack steel components according to precise specificationsAssemble and organize transformer cores based on blueprint requirementsSafely operate overhead cranes to move finished componentsUtilize hand tools, power tools, brakes, punches, and other production equipmentEnsure accuracy in measurements down to 1/16" using a tape measureMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking ForBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of manufacturing experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedStrong ability to read, write, and follow instructionsPreferred Qualifications:Forklift certificationExperience operating cranes, forklifts, or similar equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and measurement accuracyPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, reaching, and movementMust follow all PPE and safety requirements, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protectionWhy Join Us?Consistent weekday schedule — no weekendsCompetitive starting pay with growth potentialStable, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to build valuable manufacturing skillsTLRRG
