Job SummaryThe Quality Technician is responsible for in‐process and incoming material inspections to ensure products meet drawing, manufacturing order, and purchase order requirements. This role supports quality control activities for electronic and electromechanical assemblies using calibrated inspection and test equipment.Key Responsibilities+ Perform in‐process and receiving inspections on electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical components+ Visually inspect and measure products to identify defects, non‐conformances, or missing features+ Use standard inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauge pins, and CMM+ Interpret blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and inspection instructions+ Accept, reject, or rework products based on inspection results+ Document inspection data and support configuration management and revision control+ Perform line clearances between production lots to prevent material mix‐ups+ Support quality assurance and process control activities as neededRequired Qualifications+ 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment+ Experience inspecting electronic and electromechanical assemblies+ Proficiency with calibrated measuring tools and CMM+ Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills+ Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearanceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pocasset, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
