As an Early Talent Business Recruiter, you will manage university recruiting initiatives and orchestrate campus hiring strategy for our client’s newest acquisition. This dynamic role functions as an equal blend of recruitment execution and program coordination. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador across multiple campus networks, managing the full logistical lifecycle of internship hiring without the burden of heavy cold-sourcing.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with five to six target universities.Own and manage full-lifecycle internship recruitment for approximately 60 requisitions tied to recent corporate acquisitions.Plan, organize, and execute large-scale university hiring events, corporate partnerships, and campus career fairs.Coordinate complex on-campus logistics, including setting up interview blocks and coordinating schedules for attending hiring managers and engineers.Facilitate the post-event evaluation process and directly manage the rolling out of employment offers to selected student candidates while on campus.Travel extensively (up to 50%) during peak autumn and winter recruitment seasons to represent the organization on-site.Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience, with a strict emphasis on University Recruiting / Early Talent programs.A completed Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (required for corporate compliance and full-time conversion).Proven track record in campus event planning, university relationship management, and executing high-volume internship programs.Capability to handle a rigorous travel schedule requiring you to be away on business travel during the weeks of September, October, early November, January, and February.Strong adaptability to learn internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management frameworks quickly.Willingness to utilize a personal credit card for standard travel expenses to be fully reimbursed by the employer.Preferred QualificationsGeographically located within Texas or California, or situated near a major domestic airport hub.Prior experience recruiting for a broad gamut of roles, including tech, non-tech, and engineering disciplines.Previous experience stepping into a senior-level advisory capacity within an early talent team.Sincerely,Preetam RajLead Technical RecruiternTech Workforce Inc.D: 410-505-4857 E: preetam@ntechworkforce.compreetam(at)ntechworkforce(dot)com
