Labor and Employment AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and representation to our clients on various employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law and be adept at navigating complex legal issues to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on labor and employment matters Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigations involving employment disputes.Draft, review, and revise employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with applicable laws.Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant labor and employment law developments.Advise clients on best practices for workplace compliance and employee relations.Assist in training HR and management on legal compliance and employee management issues.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.Strong understanding of employment and labor law including: wage and hour laws, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and PAGA.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.BenefitsHealth Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental)Retirement plans (401K)PTOUpward Mobility Email Your Resume In Word ToTim.Mestrich@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
