Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a General Manager at Naixue Tea & Bakery. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring financial performance, handling inventory and supply chain needs, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales and profitability. The role also involves staff training, performance management, and fostering a positive team environment to align with company values and goals. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in food and beverage serviceStrong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent operational and organizational management skills, including inventory management, scheduling, and workflow optimizationStrong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guestsProficiency in financial analysis and managing budgets to meet business objectivesEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering resultsUnderstanding of health, safety, and food handling regulationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredExperience in multicultural or international workplaces is a plus
