In this Tier 2 support role, you will provide troubleshooting assistance to dealers over the phone to assess the accuracy of installation setups. The ideal candidate has a track record of success resolving technology issues related to the security industry, cellular industry, keypad entry, or video solutions. Technical Support Representative Responsibilities Provide technical support to dealers during installation appointments or service calls Address dealer questions and handle advanced-level troubleshooting Conduct troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause Implement corrective actions Track customer issues and resolutions Utilize Salesforce virtual video assistant to assess on-site installation configuration Follow up on dealer inquiries from emailed submissions or voicemail support requests Enter case details into Salesforce Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate on recent issues and troubleshooting tips Escalate issues as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.49 - $24.67 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Phone (call center) tech support: 2 years (Required) Alarm/security/cellular industry: 1 year (Required) Email & voicemail support: 2 years (Required) WIRELESS Access Control: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Carrollton, TX 75006: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
