Role Description This is a full or part time on-site role for a Hairstylist located in Alexandria, VA. Both renters will also be considered. The Hairstylist will perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client needs. Additional responsibilities include providing expert hair care advice, engaging with clients to understand their preferences, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through professional communication. Team collaboration and maintaining a clean, organized workspace are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Styling, including knowledge of different techniques for cutting, coloring, and creative designsStrong background in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with the ability to consult on treatment and maintenanceExceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to provide personalized and client-focused experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalismA valid Cosmetology license is requiredCommitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry trends is a plus
