Restoration Technician (Cleaning/Restoration)

Job Description Core Duties & Responsibilities Seeking Technician — The primary duties involve all tasks associated with the overall completion of restoration projects. The following skills and tasks are core to the position: Water Extractionand initial mitigation tasks.Cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes , including detailed cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, and odor control.Removing and replacing damaged materials , such as wallboard, lumber, insulation, and carpet.Placing, monitoring, and removing restoration equipment(air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, etc.).Job documentation , including photos, moisture readings, and digital notes.Adhering to safety standardsand PPE requirements on every job.Supportingmold remediationtasks such as containment setup, demolition, and sanitation.Participating inon‐call rotationfor after‐hours emergency response.Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition.Communicating professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.Training & Growth If updated certifications are needed, the company providesinternal and external training , including cross‐training opportunities. Qualifications Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or maintenance preferred but not required.Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, confined areas, and various environmental conditions.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.Ability to use mobile apps for job documentation.IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD) are a plus.Work Schedule Monday–Friday with rotating on‐call evenings/weekends.Overtime opportunities available.Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.Overtime pay.Opportunities for certification and advancement.Company‐provided training and PPE.Supportive team environment with growth potential.Ideal Candidate You enjoy hands‐on work, take pride in helping customers during stressful situations, and want to grow within the restoration industry — especially inwater, fire, and moldservices.
