Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Title: CNC ProgrammerLocation: Warsaw, INDuration: Long Term ContractJob Description:Our client is seeking a CNC Programmer to help with various projects on the manufacturing floor. You will create, test, and optimize programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machines to produce high-precision implants and surgical instruments. They utilize CAD/CAM software to develop toolpaths for various materials, ensuring compliance with strict quality standards and optimizing cycle times for production efficiency.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Proficiencies: Strong experience with CAD/CAM software, NX preferred, open to experience with Esprit, SolidWorks, PartMakerMachining Knowledge: Deep understanding of 5-axis machining, Swiss-style lathes, and CNC mill-turn machines.Material Expertise: Experience working with medical-grade materials such as Titanium, Cobalt Chrome, Stainless Steel, and PEEK.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T.Education/Experience: Requires an associate degree or certificate in machining, plus 3–7+ years of relevant experience, often specifically within the medical device industry.
