AI-Driven Extended Workforce Program Manager

OpenAI is seeking an experienced Extended Workforce Program Manager to drive and continuously improve our global extended workforce. Reporting to the Head of Extended Workforce, you will translate priorities into clear plans, scale operations, and partner across Compliance, Legal, and Procurement to deliver measurable outcomes. You will own end‐to‐end workstreams, optimize workflows with automation, and help build a scalable operating model for an AI-first organization.
