Account Manager – Sales (Remote, U.S.) Company: Mobile Technologies, Inc. (MTI) Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt About the Role Mobile Technologies, Inc. (MTI) is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships within our retail installation portfolio. This role combines revenue retention, contract renewals, account expansion, and ongoing client-relationship management. The Account Manager exercises independent judgment in managing assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating renewals, and collaborating cross-functionally to support client commitments. This is a quota-influencing role focused on long-term account value and revenue growth. This position is remote within the United States. Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Retention Serve as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned clients throughout the service lifecycle. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, timelines, and communications. Conduct regular check-ins, service reviews, and project recaps to drive engagement and maintain alignment. Monitor account health and proactively address issues that could impact satisfaction, service delivery, or renewal likelihood. Advocate for client needs internally and ensure a continuous feedback loop with operations, project management, and leadership. Revenue Growth & Renewals Manage contract renewals by preparing and presenting renewal proposals, negotiating terms, and securing agreements. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service usage, including additional installations, geographic rollouts, or recurring programs. Collaborate with estimating, scheduling, and field operations to scope and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs. Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, revenue performance, and client interactions. Internal Collaboration & Execution Partner with sales, project managers, and field teams to ensure flawless execution of installation services and adherence to client-specific requirements. Translate client expectations into clear deliverables for internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Share insights and trends from the field to inform service improvements and service development. Performance Indicators Client retention and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Revenue retention and expansion (renewals, cross-sell, upsell) Service delivery quality and on-time project completion Accuracy of forecasts and account planning documentation Client engagement and satisfaction metrics Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $95,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives or commissions.
