CT Technologist – Full Time MLR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CT Technologist to join our skilled imaging team. In this role, you'll play a key part in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services using cutting-edge CT technology. You'll ensure precision, patient comfort, and safety while contributing to accurate and timely diagnoses. Qualifications for a CT Technologist: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate's degree or certificate). ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; CT certification (CT) preferred or eligibility to obtain. New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and hands-on training provided. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or must be obtained upon hire). Responsibilities for a CT Technologist: Perform high-quality CT scans following physician orders and department protocols. Accurately position patients and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the exam. Operate and maintain CT scanners and related equipment, ensuring proper functionality and image clarity. Administer contrast materials as necessary, monitoring for adverse reactions. Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to deliver timely, accurate imaging results. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols, including radiation safety and HIPAA guidelines.
