Job Opportunity: Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ Years)Location: Cleveland, OH (In-Office, M-F) Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 (DOE)Are you a litigator who feels like a number in a giant machine? This role is designed for an attorney who wants a clear Partnership Track and the autonomy to handle sophisticated matters with the safety net of expert mentorship.The RoleThis Is a Hands-on Position Involving All Facets Of Commercial Litigation. You Won't Just Be Doing Document Review; You Will BeDrafting & Strategy: Preparing high-level pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial briefs.Depositions: Taking and defending depositions of key witnesses and experts.Courtroom Presence: Handling hearings, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.Direct Client Contact: Working closely with senior partners to manage client relationships and case strategy.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of litigation experience (Commercial Litigation focus preferred).Licensure: Active member of the Ohio Bar in good standing.Skills: Exceptional research and writing skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why This Firm?Partnership Path: We are looking for the future of the firm.
