Key Responsibilities Ensure timely execution of agreement models for the Global Data Center program Influence contracting model development based on project nuances and strategic goals Collaborate with construction, design, and external partners on agreement negotiations and execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in agreement management and negotiation 3 years of experience in data center construction or the mission-critical industry Experience with construction contracting and pricing methods on industrial projects
