Inc. 5000 RecognizedWhat We OfferFlexible Remote WorkFull-time remote positionMonthly company-paid travel to our service region for supervision and team collaborationFlexible scheduling that supports work-life balanceCompetitive Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $83,000 – $85,000Performance-based bonus opportunitiesCompany-subsidized medical benefitsPTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer contributionsProfessional Growth$1,000 annual CEU, licensure, and conference stipendOngoing mentorship and clinical supportLeadership development opportunitiesAccess to clinical tools, assessments, and resourcesTechnology ProvidedCompany-issued MacBookCompany-issued iPhoneWhat You'll DoAs a BCBA with Behavioral Framework, you will:Provide approximately 32 clinical hours weekly, including supervision, treatment planning, and parent trainingManage a diverse caseload across ages, skill levels, and funding sourcesSupervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service deliveryDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programsConduct ongoing assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and other clinical evaluationsAnalyze client progress data and make evidence-based treatment recommendationsComplete treatment plan updates and clinical documentation in accordance with payer requirementsPartner with families to support meaningful and sustainable outcomesFoster a positive, collaborative environment for clients and staffTravel monthly for in-person supervision, clinical meetings, and team collaborationWhat We're Looking For? BCBA certification in good standing? Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field? Experience conducting assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills? Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds?
