BCBA certification in good standing? Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field? Experience conducting assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills? Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds?
