NCAT Retail Store Manager – Brea Mall

[Role Summary]- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year(Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)- Classification: Exempt - Location: 1065 Brea Mall, Brea, CA 92821- Qualifications- Bilingual in Korean and English (Required), - 1+ years of retail management experience. "Be the Face of N.CAT’s First Step into the U.S. Market – We are Seeking a Store Manager to Lead Our Operations." As Korea’s No. 1 accessory brand, N.CAT goes beyond simple retail to create a 'space' that delivers joy to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the successful launch of our new location at Del Amo Fashion Center. [Key Responsibilities]- Store Operations & Sales: Execute sales strategies to drive store performance and meet goals.- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of passionate staff members.- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure exceptional customer service.- Inventory & Admin: Oversee inventory management and ensure smooth checkout/settlement processes.- Headquarters Communication: Comply headquarter policies and apply policy appropriately to local standards. Communicate with headquarters on building appropriate measures in U.S. market according to local standards. [Qualifications]- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.- Experience: 1+ years of retail management experience.- Operational Skills: Experience in labor cost budget management and scheduling software.- Communication: Excellent communication skills to mediate team conflicts and foster a positive organizational culture.- Flexibility: Must be available for Mandatory Weekend Work, as well as flexible schedules including holidays and evenings. - Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move inventory boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. Suitable seating is provided during breaks or as needed per California law.Preferred Qualification: Knowledge or related experience in retail fashion, accessories, and current trends are preferred.- Start Date: Scheduled for June 2026 (Includes pre-opening training and store setup period). [Compensation & Benefits]1.
